What I actually want to hear about

  • Corrections. Wrong stat, outdated claim, broken link, a source that no longer says what I said it says — tell me. I’d rather fix it than defend it. Include the article URL and, if you can, what should replace it.
  • Real-world experience. If you’ve actually implemented a recommendation engine, run a personalization A/B test, or dealt with the privacy side of this stuff and it didn’t work the way the vendor promised — that’s exactly the kind of thing I want to write about. Practitioner reality beats another rehash of a press release.
  • Story tips. A tool, a regulatory change, a paper, a case that’s actually worth covering — send it over. No promise I’ll write it, but I read everything.

What this inbox isn’t for

I don’t run link-building outreach, guest-post swaps, or “sponsored content” — this site doesn’t take payment to feature a product, and I’d rather say no upfront than waste your time. PR blasts and generic “collaboration opportunity” templates go straight to the bottom of the pile; a two-line email that shows you actually read something here goes to the top.

Response time, honestly

This is a one-person operation, not a support team behind that address — despite the “support@” — so replies can take a few days, sometimes longer if I’m deep in research on something. If it’s urgent, say so in the subject line and I’ll prioritize it. If it’s a correction on something factually wrong that’s currently live, put “correction” in the subject — those jump the queue.
