Terms and Conditions: Rules for Using AI Personalization

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 01.01.2026

Short version: read the site, use it for your own research, don’t copy whole articles elsewhere, don’t treat anything here as professional advice for your specific situation, and email support@aipersonalization.cloud if something’s unclear. Full version below.

Agreement

By reading and using aipersonalization.cloud (the “site”), you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, the straightforward option is not to use the site — no hard feelings.

What this site is

This is an independently-run publication about AI personalization — marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and related topics — written and edited by Tom Morgan, with AI tools used in the research and drafting process (disclosed in full on the About page). It’s not a consulting service, not a certified data-privacy authority, and not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or technical advice specific to your business.

Content isn’t advice

Articles here reflect research and personal judgment at the time of writing. AI personalization, data privacy law, and vendor products all change fast — something accurate in January can be outdated by summer. Before making a business, legal, or financial decision based on anything here, verify it independently or talk to a professional who knows your specific situation. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of results.

Using the site’s content

  • You’re welcome to read, share links to, and quote short excerpts from articles with credit and a link back to the original.
  • Republishing full articles, scraping content at scale, or presenting this site’s writing as your own isn’t permitted without asking first — email support@aipersonalization.cloud if you want to reprint something in full.
  • Site design, branding, and original images belong to aipersonalization.cloud unless otherwise credited.

Comments and user content

If you comment on an article, you’re responsible for what you post. Comments that are spam, abusive, or clearly off-topic may be removed or unpublished — there’s no obligation to publish every comment submitted. Don’t post anything you don’t have the rights to, or anything defamatory, illegal, or knowingly false.

Third-party links and tools

Articles link out to vendors, sources, and tools that this site doesn’t control. A link isn’t an endorsement of everything on the destination site, and this site isn’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. The site also runs Google-based analytics and advertising (AdSense) — see the Privacy Policy for how that works.

No sponsorship, unless stated

Unless an article explicitly says otherwise, tools and products mentioned here aren’t paid placements — this site doesn’t run pay-for-coverage arrangements. If that ever changes for a specific piece, it’ll be disclosed in that piece, not buried here.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Tom Morgan and aipersonalization.cloud aren’t liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including decisions made based on an article that later turns out to be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. If you spot something wrong, the fastest fix is telling me directly (see below), not a legal claim.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
